CHINA RES BEER Became the Largest Shareholder of Jinshajiuye with 55.19% of Stake
CHINA RES BEER (Chinese: 华润啤酒, 0291:HK) announced on 10 January that it spent CNY 12.3 billion to acquire 55.19% stake in Jinshajiuye (Chinese: 贵州金沙窖酒酒业). The transfer of shares has been completed, and RES BEER became the largest shareholder of Jinshajiuye.
Founded in 2003, RES BEER is a nationwide professional beer company that produces and operates beer. Jinshajiuye is a liquor provider in China, mainly engaged in liquor design, production and marketing. The main products are the Huisha liquor series.
