Chinese Cookie Brand Sable Raises CNY 50 Mn in Series A Funding Round
Sable Cookie (Chinese: 萨布蕾), a cookie brand, has completed a Series A financing round of CNY 50 million. This round of financing was exclusively invested by Shengyin Investment (Chinese: 盛银资本).
The funds will be mainly used for the company's supply chain construction, product development, and brand marketing and promotion.
Founded in 2017, Sable Cookie is a bakery and pastry brand with a focus on soft cookies. It now has two core product matrices, which have been ranked as Top 1 in Tmall's list and cookie list sales many times, with annual sales of cookies exceeding 200 million pieces.
He Erbin, the founder of Sable Cookie, said, " Sable Cookie is committed to building China's top cookie brand, grasping the opportunity to create a model for Chinese cookies."
