Zero run intelligent power CTC technology uses the body structure as the external structure of the battery pack, canceling part of the structural design of the battery pack. Equipped with Zero run intelligent power CTC technology, Zero run C01 will become the world's first electric vehicle without independent battery pack. By canceling the battery superstructure and reducing redundant structural design, the Zero run intelligent power CTC technology increases the vertical space of the whole vehicle by 10mm and the battery layout space by 14.5%, making the space layout in the vehicle more flexible and practical. Compared with the traditional scheme, this technology has better air tightness, improved battery insulation and deployable space. Based on the energy consumption and economic management brought by AI BMS big data battery management system, it can improve the endurance of the whole vehicle by 10%. In the future, the technology will realize "charging for 5 minutes and endurance of 200km". Zero run intelligent power CTC technology can improve the torsional stiffness of the whole vehicle by 25%, and the lightweight coefficient can reach 2.4, an increase of 20%. During the development process, Zero run conducted several rounds of rigorous tests for intelligent power CTC technology, such as bottom ball impact, extrusion, thermal diffusion and other nearly 30 tests, of which 8 safety test results far exceeded the national standard. At the same time, based on the big data intelligent battery management system of Zero run AI BMS, Zero run can provide users with real-time cloud security protection reaching the battery level.
