Listed on the HKEX on September 28, 2017, the company's major shareholders are Ant Financial, Tencent Computer System Co., Ltd. and Ping An Insurance. Rivals that have direct and indirect competition with ZhongAn include Xiaoyusan, Huize, Everquote, Coverfox, etc.
