Gotion High-Tech, founded in January 1995 and headquartered in Hefei, Anhui, is a leading lithium battery provider. Established by Li Zhen, the company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in December 2006. The major shareholders are Nanjing Gotion Holding Group Co., Ltd and Li Zhen. Rivals with direct and indirect competition include CATL and BYD.
