Financial Associated Press, January 17 - the National Bureau of statistics released China's economic data for 2021 on January 17. Data show that the annual consumer price (CPI) increased by 0.9% over the previous year. By category, the price of food, tobacco and alcohol decreased by 0.3%. Among the prices of food, tobacco and alcohol, the price of grain increased by 1.1%, the price of fresh vegetables increased by 5.6%, and the price of pork decreased by 30.3%. Core CPI excluding food and energy prices rose 0.8%.
