Jereh(杰瑞股份)said on November 4 that a wholly owned subsidiary had received three project award letters from ADNOC Onshore(阿布扎比国家石油公司陆上公司), with a combined value of approximately USD 2.697 billion. The projects cover gas-field development and onshore oilfield facilities in the United Arab Emirates.

The largest award is for the Ruwais Diyab gas-field development, valued at USD 1.704 billion, including USD 310 million in optional work. The project covers engineering and construction of field facilities, followed by an operating and maintenance period.

The other two awards cover facilities at the Bab and North East Bab fields and at Bu Hasa. Their stated values are approximately USD 600 million and USD 393 million respectively. The Bu Hasa amount includes USD 174 million in optional work.

The awards add to Jereh’s oil and gas engineering business in the Middle East. Delivering the projects will require coordination across engineering, equipment procurement, construction and local operations.

The company said formal contracts had yet to be signed and that the projects would have no material impact on its 2026 financial results. Future revenue will depend on contract terms, project execution and the optional work requested by ADNOC Onshore.
