iSoftStone(软通动力)said on October 27 that its wholly owned subsidiary Aistone Global Limited(智通国际)had signed a USD 190.35 million contract to supply 309,000 MECHREVO(机械革命)laptops and warranty services through local repair centres.

MECHREVO

The contract allows a maximum delivery period of 130 calendar days from signing and takes effect upon signature. The buyer was identified only as “Company A.” Citing commercial confidentiality, iSoftStone withheld its identity but said it was operating normally, had sound creditworthiness and the capacity to perform, and was not a related party.

The company described the agreement as a benchmark project for Central America and a foundation for further expansion across the Americas. It also said it had largely established a global marketing and service network supporting delivery across time zones and languages.

Including local warranty services extends the agreement beyond equipment supply. For overseas customers, access to repairs will matter alongside product specifications and delivery schedules.

The announcement confirms a signed contract rather than completed shipments or recognized revenue. Its contribution will depend on fulfilment, customer acceptance and the applicable accounting treatment. With the buyer undisclosed, the agreement alone also provides limited evidence of MECHREVO’s wider consumer adoption in the region.
