EO (亿欧) reported on May 15,The joint venture co-incubated by Bosch's market-oriented investment platform Boyuan Capital (博原资本) and the leading embodied intelligence company Galbot (银河通用) — Bowintec Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bowintec") — announced the completion of a Pre-A financing round, raising nearly 300 million RMB.
This round of financing was led by Oriza FOFs (元禾辰坤), with existing shareholders such as Boyuan Capital (博原资本) and Bosch Ventures (博世创投) making additional investments, and multiple institutions including Oriza Holdings (元禾控股) and Valley Capital (金谷资本) participating as followers. The new round of financing will be used for the mass production of the first self-developed industrial embodied intelligent robot, industrial data collection and model platform construction, as well as market expansion.
Alex Ren, CEO of Bowintec (博银合创), stated: "We have always been committed to developing a 'industrial-grade embodied intelligent robot + model + solution' trinity system platform with generalization capabilities, bridging the key links of embodied intelligence from technology verification to industrial deployment. The company upholds the national 'AI + Manufacturing' action program to promote the deep empowerment of embodied intelligence in the core links of the manufacturing industry, creating a new generation of industrial productivity with high efficiency, high flexibility, and high generalization, with the vision of 'liberating the global manufacturing labor force.' In the future, we will use Bowintec (博银合创) as a platform to lead the industry standards for industrial-grade embodied intelligence and continuously promote the innovation of the global manufacturing industry."
Entered commercial verification within one year of establishment, and the product matrix has initially taken shape.
Bowintec (博银合创) was established in June 2025. In less than a year, Bowintec (博银合创) has rapidly entered the commercial verification stage, with the cumulative amount of intended orders reaching the level of hundreds of millions of US dollars. Its customers cover industries such as automobiles and their parts, and logistics sorting.
At the product level, the company's first self-developed product, "BW10-Lite," has completed prototype verification. It features dual-arm operation, high repeatability, and rapid workstation switching capabilities, covering over 60% of manual assembly scenarios. A higher load version, "BW10," is planned for release within 2026, further expanding substitution capabilities for scenarios such as industrial handling and sorting. Meanwhile, the company is simultaneously building an industrial embodied vertical model and an intelligent task management platform, forming a collaborative technology system of "hardware + platform + model."
Bowintec (博银合创) CEO Alex Ren believes: "From the very beginning of the company's establishment, we made it clear to develop products and delivery for real industrial scenarios, rather than staying at the demonstration or laboratory stage. In the past less than a year, our team has quickly completed the prototype verification of our first self-developed robot and completed preliminary verification with potential customers in multiple manufacturing scenarios. This round of financing will help us accelerate mass production, improve the model platform, and further expand domestic and international markets. We are very grateful for the trust of new and old investors, and we look forward to deepening cooperation with more industry partners to jointly promote the true implementation of embodied intelligence in the manufacturing industry."
The core members of the Bowintec team all come from top global companies in the industrial manufacturing sector and leading tech giants such as KUKA Robotics (库卡机器人), TCL, Alibaba (阿里巴巴), and BYD (比亚迪), as well as top domestic research institutions including Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Fudan University, Zhejiang University, Beihang University, and Harbin Institute of Technology. The entire core team possesses over ten years of deep experience in the industrial manufacturing sector and a solid track record of practical implementation across all scenarios. They have a profound understanding of the entire production manufacturing systems and core process characteristics of key industrial sectors such as automotive, semiconductor, new energy, and logistics. They can accurately capture clients' core needs and industry pain points, providing full-chain support in hardcore technology and industry experience for the true large-scale and scenario-based implementation of industrial embodied intelligence.
Industrial synergy continues to deepen, and the implementation of industrial scenarios is accelerating.
Unlike the common strategic signing or single-point cooperation models in the industry, Bowintec (博银合创) has, since its inception, empowered the company through joint incubation as a strategic partner. It promotes the integration of industrial resources, engineering experience, and verification capabilities in real-world scenarios within the Bosch system's industrial manufacturing field, with the deep integration of core technical capabilities such as Embodied Large Model R&D ("Galaxy Star Brain") and data infrastructure ("Star Workshop" data system) from Galbot (银河通用机器人). This forms a systematic technical synergy capability covering models, data, ontology, and engineering deployment.
In terms of technical resources, Bowintec (博银合创) has obtained long-term technical support from Galbot (银河通用) in end-to-end VLA models, simulation data platforms, and model training platforms. It can complete model post-training based on real industrial scenario data to form proprietary scenario weights. On the other hand, Bowintec (博银合创) utilizes Bosch's industrial scenarios, enabling the company to precisely define product directions based directly on the needs of the frontline manufacturing environment. Furthermore, combining Galbot's (银河通用) cutting-edge model capabilities, Bowintec (博银合创) has rapidly formed vertical base model capabilities oriented towards the industrial field, laying a solid foundation for the generalized deployment of embodied intelligence in complex manufacturing scenarios. This collaborative model of "Model Capability + Scenario Closed-loop" enables Bowintec (博银合创) to possess a complete capability chain ranging from algorithms to hardware, and from data to deployment in the industrial embodied intelligence track.
At the level of scenario implementation, centering on industrial scenarios such as complex assembly, intelligent quality inspection, and flexible handling, both parties are continuously advancing the industrial implementation of embodied intelligent robots from core technology R&D and scenario verification to engineering deployment, accelerating the opening up of key pathways for embodied intelligence to enter the real industrial system. Previously, Bowintec (博银合创) and United Automotive Electronic Systems (UAES, a local automotive electronic system supplier established as a joint venture between the Bosch Group and SAIC Motor) jointly set up the embodied intelligent robot joint laboratory "RoboFab". They are carrying out long-term R&D and scenario applications revolving around complex processes in automotive manufacturing scenarios. This also signifies that embodied intelligence capabilities are beginning to further advance into the core manufacturing systems of top-tier international automotive supply chains.
Deepen collaboration among multiple resources to jointly build the future of intelligent manufacturing in the industry.
The new round of financing received joint support from new and existing industrial capital and financial investment institutions, which is a practical recognition by the investors of Bowintec (博银合创)'s capabilities in technology verification and scenario implementation in the field of industrial embodied intelligence.
