On April 21, Changan Automobile Group (长安汽车集团) held its Global Strategy Launch and Global Partners Conference in Chongqing, officially releasing its "1445" global strategy for 2030. The core vision of this strategy is to build a world-class automotive group with global core competitiveness.

Changan Automobile

Specifically, "1445" encompasses four business pillars (vehicles, components, modern services, and future industries), four transformation directions (intelligence, green transition, globalization, and integration), and five multiplier goals: achieving 2.4 million units in NEV sales, 1.5 million units in overseas sales, group revenue exceeding 600 billion CNY, and ranking among the top ten global automakers by 2030.

As a core partner in the intelligent transformation, Desay SV (德赛西威) signed a global strategic synergy partnership agreement with Changan Automobile on the same day. The two parties will engage in deeper technical co-creation based on Changan's existing "Shangri-La" (NEV), "SDA" (Intelligence), and "Vast Ocean" (Globalization) plans. The agreement not only covers currently mass-produced mainstream and high-end luxury models but also clarifies that both parties will share R&D, production, and supply chain resources globally. Desay SV (德赛西威) will leverage its global footprint in automotive electronics to assist Changan in rapidly localizing hardware and software products in overseas markets.

Changan Chairman Zhu Huarong (朱华荣) emphasized that by 2030, Changan will challenge a total annual sales target of 4 million units, with overseas production capacity exceeding 800,000 units. The Avatr (阿维塔) and Deepal (深蓝) brands will also achieve high synergy in mid-to-back-end resources. According to the newly disclosed timeline, Changan plans to achieve peak carbon emissions by 2027 and reach mass production and delivery of humanoid robots and flying cars by 2028. The deep integration of Desay SV (德赛西威) signifies that Changan now has more stable global technical support in key tracks such as smart cockpits, autonomous driving, and centralized electrical/electronic (E/E) architectures.
