Recently, China embodied AI data platform Maniformer (觅蜂科技) announced the completion of several hundred million RMB in seed and angel financing.
The round was led by Sequoia China (红杉中国), with participation from CDH Investments (鼎晖VGC), Baidu Ventures (BV百度风投), YF Capital (云锋基金), and TH EDU Capital (慕华科创), alongside strategic industry investors including PIA Spotlight (均普智能) and PsiBot (灵初智能).
The proceeds will be primarily allocated toward technology R&D, capacity expansion, and global market deployment, as well as the establishment of a world-class data quality management system and a global data alliance.
Maniformer is an embodied AI data platform incubated by AgiBot (智元机器人). Founded in February 2026, the company focuses on embodied AI data services, covering full-spectrum data acquisition across real-robot operations and simulation environments.
Notably, Maniformer’s core team brings together top-tier talent from leading autonomous driving companies, OEMs, AI laboratories, and major internet enterprises worldwide, spanning expertise in data engineering, model development, simulation systems, and integrated solutions—providing strong support for both technological advancement and service delivery.
