Chip Design Company CMind Completes Pre-A+ Round Financing, 5G Chip Tape out in Q3

CMind-SEMI(Chinese: 芯迈微), founded in 2021, announces the completion of a pre-A+ round of financing led by CCV cap(Chinese: 创世伙伴CCV), with further additional investment from both long-term shareholders Walden International(Chinese: 华登国际) and Legend Capital(Chinese: 君联资本). Over the past year, CMind has completed three consecutive rounds of funding in the hundreds of millions. Following the completion of this round, the institutional shareholder line-up includes: Walden International, Xingrui Capital(Chinese: 星睿资本), Legend Capital, Junke Danmu(Chinese: 君科丹木), Huashan Capital(Chinese: 华山资本) and CCV cap. The funds raised in this round will mainly be used for the company's 4G chip productization and 5G chip product development.
