The current chairman is Xiao Xue. The company's major shareholders are Wang Fang, Zhang Hui, Li Baozheng, Yuan Yisheng, and Kang Zuping. Rivals with direct and indirect competition include E Cloud, Huawei Cloud, UCloud, Baidu Cloud.
