Financial Associated Press, Dec. 14 (Xinhua) -- China's first maglev air rail vehicle "Xingguo" went offline at China Railway Science and Technology Group in Wuhan and will be used for Jiangxi Xingguo permanent magnet maglev technology project demonstration line. "Xingguo" train is jointly developed by Jiangxi University of technology and China Railway Science and Technology Group under China railway industry. It is the first time in the world to apply permanent magnetic levitation technology to air rail vehicles. The train is about two buses long and more than 2 meters wide. The interior is like a subway.
