Ruixin micro: the subsidiary waives the preemptive right of Shanghai Hejian to increase its capital in the same proportion
Financial Associated Press, November 22 - Ruixin micro announced that Shanghai Hejian Industrial Software Group Co., Ltd. ("Shanghai Hejian" or "target company"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, Shanghai hanmai Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. ("Shanghai hanmai"), has increased its registered capital by 700 million yuan. Shanghai hanmai gave up the preemptive right for the capital increase. After the capital increase, the shareholding ratio of Shanghai hanmai decreased from 2.247% to 1.474%.
