JD Logistics shares are now available for subscription
Today, JD Logistics officially launched its public share subscription offering. According to the prospectus, the global public offering comprised a total of 609.2 million shares. The public offer period is from 17-21 May, with a price range of HKD 39.36 to HKD 43.36 per share. The stock symbol will be 2618.HK. JD Logistics will be officially listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 28 May.
