Founded in early 2022, MiniMax, if successfully listed, would reach an initial public offering within four years of its establishment, making it the fastest AI company globally to progress from founding to IPO. It is positioning itself in the capital market as the “world’s first globally oriented AGI company to go public.”
At present, MiniMax serves 212 million users across more than 200 countries and regions, with over 100,000 enterprise clients worldwide. The company has achieved sustainable profitability through paid subscriptions and model usage fees.
