Didi continued expanding into diversified mobility and lifestyle services. In August, the company upgraded its membership program, enabling benefit sharing with Hilton, Atour, Huazhu, and Haidilao, extending beyond “mobility” to cover “travel” and other lifestyle scenarios such as food, lodging, and leisure, thereby building a high-value membership ecosystem.

International business remained a key growth driver, with GTV rising more than 25% year-on-year over the past year. Since 2018, Didi has expanded into 14 countries across Latin America, Asia-Pacific, and Africa, while also branching into food delivery and financial services. In Brazil, its ride-hailing platform 99 has surpassed 55 million users, and its food delivery service now covers São Paulo state with more than 20,000 partner restaurants and 50,000 motorcycle couriers, targeting 100 cities by mid-2026. In Mexico, Didi offers ride-hailing, food delivery, and financial services to over 30 million users.

Profitability also improved significantly. In Q2, Didi posted an adjusted net profit of CNY 3.1 billion.

Founder and CEO Cheng Wei (程维) said the company’s core business continued to grow with improved product and operational efficiency. He emphasized that Didi will remain focused on user experience and driver welfare, while accelerating AI applications and autonomous driving development to create long-term value for users, drivers, and partners.
