On April 23, The 21st Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as "Auto Shanghai 2025") kicked off, where SAIC Commercial Vehicles unveiled a new strategy to lead the industry's transformation and upgrading. SAIC Commercial Vehicles Strategy Aims for Global Top Tier

As the earliest light commercial vehicle enterprise in China, SAIC Commercial Vehicle will build an internationalized scientific and technological eco-commercial vehicle group, and puts forward the goal of “doubling the sales volume and exceeding the annual sales volume of 500,000 units” in five years, and aims at the first tier of global commercial vehicles with the three strategic pivots of “No. 1 in light commercial vehicles in China”, “No. 1 in new energy light commercial vehicles in China” and “No. 1 in light commercial vehicles export in overseas market”.

The two sides have already collaborated in intelligent connectivity and cloud services, with the first joint innovations set to debut in the Interstellar Series pickup trucks, featuring real-time vehicle monitoring and smart cargo management via Huawei ADS 4 Cloud. This marks a shift from "simple functional add-ons" to "cloud-integrated intelligence."

The future collaborations will focus on smart cabins and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), propelling commercial vehicles into the era of "premium intelligence." As the first LCV(light commercial vehicle brand to partner with Huawei ADS, SAIC MAXUS ensures smart technology truly serves users' wealth creation and daily lives while leading the industry’s intelligent transformation.

Launching a CNY 1 Billion Wealth Creation Fund for Young Strivers

Commercial vehicles are not cold tools, but the spark that ignites dreams.
