On December 26, Neusoft Reach Automotive Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (Chinese: 东软睿驰) (Hereinafter referred to as Neusoft Reach Auto) announced that it officially released a new 4.0 version of its software product NeuSAR.

At present, with the use of SOA architecture in domain control gradually acheives mass production, a distributed automotive operating system will emerge, putting central computing capabilities at the core. In this context, the complexity and scale of automotive software will be unprecedented compared to before. The industry is thus facing huge challenges such as software-hardware decoupling and cross-model iteration, and new development models and application frameworks are needed.

Neusoft Reach Auto's new version, NeuSAR 4.0, adopts a software-first development model with newly upgraded NeSAR SF service framework and NeuSAR DevKit tool chain, migrates the development view from the domain controller level to the vehicle level, and ultimately solves the software deployment problems of heterogeneous multi-core domain controllers. It enables automakers to realize personalized and innovative vehicle functions.

Founded in 2015, Neusoft Reach Auto is an automotive software supplier which develops driverless technologies, including multi-class object detection and recognition technology, multi-sensor fusion technology, and multi-core-based high-performance computing technology.

Since 2018, NeuSAR 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 versions and NeuSAR DS (Domain System), a software development platform for domain controllers, have been released one after another, taking the lead in realizing the mass production of domestic "AUTOSAR AP+CP+Middleware" full-stack software platform.
