The company is tapping the overseas market by optimizing its localization strategies
China’s intelligent light and home appliances brand Lyridz (Chinese: 诺初美创) has closed its angel round of financing worth over CNY 10 million (USD 1.5 million).
The investment is backed by TimesBole Private Equity (Chinese: 时代伯乐) and Dami Ventures (Chinese: 大米创投). The proceeds will be mainly used for product R&D.
Founded in August 2021, Lyridz targets customers from 25 to 45 in the overseas markets, indigenizing its smart lighting and other electronic products based on big data analysis.
Lyridz has launched a series of lighting products in different household scenarios, including star galaxy projector light, smart motion sensor bedside light, and table lamp light.
The startup expects home appliances to become its second growth curve, planning to release home energy-saving and smart cleaning tools in the second half of 2022.
Lyridz’s competitors include PAiD (Chinese: 璞镜照明), Madefor.AI (Chinese: 蜜蜂智控), YumingLeeDarson (Chinese: 育明立达信), and EZ Valo (Chinese: 奕至家居).
