The Shanghai Government named a "whitelist" consisting of 666 enterprises, allowing them to work restrictively.

Tesla’s Shanghai plant has been approved to back to production since April 18 , two people familiar with the matter told Reuters, after a three-week Omicron lockdown.
They also claimed that the plan was still subject to change of the outbreak, and the company would cooperate with the Covid protective measurements.
This stoppage was the longest recorded since Tesla’s Shanghai plant started operation in late 2019, and it expected to lead to an output loss of over 50,000 units, according to an internal output schedule seen by Reuters.
Though the production activity was expected to resume, Tesla's ongoing production also faced difficulties in procuring auto parts suppliers, as logistics in Shanghai and surrounding areas have been severely restricted.
“If suppliers in Shanghai couldn't go back to work, all the local automakers would have to suspend production in May,” said Richard Yu, CEO of China's hardware giant Huawei, on his personal social account.
