Zeekr was too dependent on the cooperation with Mobileye since the company is short of talent in the R&D department, which affected the progress of mass production of vehicles. Therefore, Chen Qi's onboard confirms that the automobile firm is vigorously recruiting for its R&D team.

Huawei's intelligent vehicle business is still in an intensive personnel adjustment period. The "intelligent vehicle BU" is still expanding fast, and the team alone has reached 1000 people, but many senior talents have left this year.

Zeekr is a pure electric vehicle company under Geely, which is typical of traditional car enterprises entering new energy. The CEO of Zeekr said in an interview that the company is focusing on three sections, product side, user side, and capital side, aiming to form a flattened organization.

The company has built a direct sales system, including Zeekr center, Zeekr space, service center, self-owned app.  At the R&D end, the automobile firm announced that it would take the self-development route, using the automatic driving products cooperated by Volvo and NVIDIA and keeping tight with Mobileye, the world's largest provider of automated driving technology.
