The leading quantum computing company TURINGO (Chinese: 图灵量子) has jointly built the first quantum artificial intelligence computing center in China in early 2023.

TURINGO, a leading company in the industrialization of optical quantum chips and optical quantum computing in China, announced that it has raised hundreds of millions in Series A funding. The investment was led by the "national team" EIIF (Chinese: 中国互联网投资基金), followed by Tsinghua Holdings Capital (Chinese: 华控基金), Shanghai Orient Securities Innovation Investment(Chinese: 东证创新),Lenovo Capital & Incubator Group(Chinese:联想创投). Proceeds from this round of funding will primarily be used to build capacity for mass production of chips, develop technology for full-stack products, and promote industrialization for industrial applications.

TURINGO was founded in February 2021. It is China's first optical quantum chip and optical quantum computer company. By building a fully independent and controllable optical quantum chip and quantum algorithm dual underlying core technology driving capabilities, the company has laid out optical quantum chip, dedicated optical quantum computer, photonic processor, optical quantum measurement and control system, optical quantum EDA software, solver, algorithm security platform and quantum cloud intelligent computing platform and other full-stack software and hardware products, providing artificial intelligence, financial technology, biomedicine, communication encryption and other areas of industrial solutions.

The company is currently accelerating its industry-oriented product iterations and market development. TURINGO Quantum has entered into strategic partnerships with a number of banks, including Bank of China and China Merchants Bank. With the development of the quantum information market, quantum computing will show greater potential for industrial applications in various industries, such as artificial intelligence, digital security, path optimization, drug discovery, portfolio investment and job scheduling.

TURINGO’s competitors include Quantum C Tek(Chinese:国盾量子), Qtec(Chinese:九州量子), Qasky(Chinese:天问量子) and Qudoor(Chinese:启科量子).
