On July 28, 2022, BOSS Zhipin published its "Platform Governance and Service Bulletin for the Second Quarter of 2022". From this report, BOSS Zhipin released the number of illegal accounts. From the beginning of April to the end of June 2022, the platform handled a total of 208,000 illegal recruiter accounts. The main types of violations include enrollment, fees, and false identities.

From the report, in the second quarter of 2022, the platform launched a number of technical measures to strengthen protection for college students, blue-collar (蓝领) workers, and flexible employment groups. BOSS Zhipin also applied AI technology, and on-site visits to address and lower the common risks in the recruitment market. The number of school students increased by 15%. And the manufacturing workers increased by 91.8%.

The report also indicates the number of user reports for privacy dropped by 88.7% year-over-year. Because previously there has been a huge privacy problem towards BOSS Zhipin. And people were afraid of using the platform. However, after the regulation, BOSS Zhipin has won back the confidence of these users. This also indicates a good sign of future improvements.

In order to better protect students, BOSS Zhipin also published a policy of protecting students in 2021. Till now, the performance has been better than expected. Students have an easier and faster procedure to report other violated users, providing a safer and more convincing environment for them to find jobs. In Q1 and Q2 2022, the proportion of reports from students dropped by nearly 15% year-over-year.
