Chinese HR SaaS platform Xinrenxinshi completed its Series D1 financing round worthy of CNY 300 million recently, jointly invested by Gaocheng Capital and RayCloud Technology.
Founded in 2015, the talent management service provider has set up R&D centers in both Beijing and Wuhan, with branches in 8 cities including Shanghai and Guangzhou. It operates in about 216 cities across China, serving over 21,000 enterprises in more than 30 industries; Chi Forest, Niu Technologies (NIU:NASDAQ) and dental service provider Arrail Group (6639:HK) are some of its clients.
The company aims to empower the whole process related to human resources via its data-driven platform, which includes 9 core modules covering employee organization, salary management recruitment, performance and incentives.
The HR SaaS pioneer divides human resource management into 3 tiers, that is, improvement of the enterprise's efficiency (L1), improvement of the organization's efficiency (L2) and the improvement of the individual (L3). It is devoted to providing intelligent data-based decision support for enterprises and over 1 million HR practitioners, to further improve human resource management capabilities.
