Grand Slam for Great Wall Motors at the CACSI

Great Wall Motors has once again won a number of awards for the brands’ excellent customer service and product quality, creating a strong image as one of China’s leading automobile manufacturers going forward.

Great Wall Motors (GWM) announced on October 19 that it won a number of awards at the press conference for the 5th China Automobile Quality Forum & 2021 China Automobile Customer Satisfaction Index (CACSI).

The CACSI is organized by the China Association for Quality, and helps provide insight and guidance for customers and manufacturers on quality improving. Once again, GWM won awards in all three areas of the CACSI evaluation. The three areas are: sales, after-sales service, and products. Both Wey and Haval, owned by GWM, received first place, in sales service and after-sales service respectively.

GWM has continuously invested in its technological innovations in the fields of clean energy and intelligence in order to enhance the company's product performance and reliability. GWM introduced the forward-looking technology, L.E.M.O.N hybrid DHT, 3.0T + 9AT/9HAT super powertrain, and brand-new three-in-one electric drive system with cutting-edge intelligent safety systems.

The company also keeps its focus on customer services.
