On January 5, 2021, Enflame Technology announced that it had completed a Series C financing activity of CNY 1.8 billion, led by Citic PE, CICC Capital and Primavera Capital, followed by Tencent, Summitview Capital and Redpoint China Ventures. It is reported that the funding will be used on AI booster products for research and team building.
Founded in 2018, Enflame Technology is the first startup with high-performance cloud-training and cloud-reasoning products in China. It has completed the research and mass production of the first Deep Thinking Unit Suisi (Chinese: 邃思), and publishes several AI booster products, including Cloudblazer T10, T11, and i10. The company's long-term goal is to become a leading player in the Chinese AI chips market and break the overseas monopoly situation. It has become one of the AI startups to watch in China.
