It has become an important contact to connect car owners, fans and BMW digital ecosystem. My BMW app is mainly divided into five categories: community, vehicle, map, service and member. Each category also contains rich sub functions, such as "new car mall", "exclusive parking charging", "smart parking", etc. Among them, "community" and "vehicle" are the two functions that users log in the most and use the most high frequency. Users can not only remotely control the vehicle, but also master the dynamics of the car at any time; Purchase the car through app and make an appointment for after-sales maintenance online; You can also share interesting life stories, understand brand information and sign up for BMW online and offline activities in the "community". Since my BMW app was launched, users have posted more than 24000 posts in the "community" section. My BMW app absorbs the functions of the previous BMW cloud interconnection and BMW official owner club. In September this year, the "three in one" has been officially completed. Through my BMW app, users can realize more direct and faster "dialogue" and interaction with BMW brand.
