The Tokyo Olympic Games will use the OBS cloud, which is jointly built by Alibaba cloud and the Olympic Broadcasting Service Company, as the broadcasting platform. It is the first time in the history of the Olympic Games that cloud computing is used to support global broadcasting. According to OBS Data, the emergence of OBS clould this year has reduced the area of the international broadcasting center of the Tokyo Olympic Games by 25% and the on-site staff by 27%. In addition, OBS cloud also provides 3D athlete tracking technology, which is based on artificial intelligence and machine vision technology. In track and field sprint events, the audience can see the real-time running speed of each athlete.
