Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao and Minister of trade and export of New Zealand formally signed the upgrading protocol of China New Zealand FTA by video. The China Singapore Free Trade Agreement was signed in April 2008 and implemented in October. After 12 years, it was successfully upgraded, which will allow the people of China and Singapore to enjoy greater dividends of opening up to each other. For example, on the basis of RCEP, the Chinese side will further open up new areas such as aviation, education, finance, pension and passenger transport. In the arrangement of work permits for special types of work, the quota of Chinese language teachers and Chinese tour guides applying for a large number of Chinese citizens will be increased to 300 and 200 respectively on the original basis.
