Geely and Tencent join hands again to build a digital closed loop of "user life cycle"

Geely Automobile Group and Tencent signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Hangzhou to carry out all-round strategic cooperation in the fields of intelligent cockpit, automatic driving, digital marketing, digital base, digital new business and low-carbon development. Tencent will help Geely complete the digital upgrade of "user's whole life cycle", open up the digital closed loop of the whole industrial chain including product R & D, manufacturing, marketing, use, user operation and after-sales service, and build a "people-centered" digital service system. At the same time, the two sides will jointly promote the low-carbon development of the whole automobile industry chain, explore and build an "carbon neutral" open platform through scientific and technological means and scientific management, carry out practice to accelerate the realization of carbon neutral goal of automobile industry, work together to improve the level of enterprise ESG governance, and explore long-term sustainable development. Earlier, Geely and Tencent have launched effective cooperation in the field of Internet of vehicles, smart high-speed rail and other travel fields. In 2019, ecarx, a strategic investment enterprise of Geely Holding Group, signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Tencent car alliance to carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of intelligent Internet service, joint user operation, AI and cloud technology. At present, Tencent car service has been successively connected to Geely and Lingke.
